HAF FUNDING REVIEW AND STEPS
Please find the following information for your reference before returning the Grant Application to us:
1. Fill out the form completely and sign it, then send it via email to [email protected].
2. Ensure that all required documentation, including signed Board of Directors Minutes, signatures, and any pertinent
supporting documents, is included before submission.
3. HAF staff will carefully review the application to verify its completeness. If any information is missing, our staff will
contact you to request the necessary details.
4. Three (3) weeks before a C.A.R. Business Meeting, HAF staff will share the application with our HAF Leadership and
committee members for their review. If the application meets all criteria, the HAF Committee Members will be prepared to
discuss the program and address any questions or concerns they may have during the HAF Committee meeting.
5. Following the program presentation, the Committee will deliberate and vote on motions to determine whether and to
what extent funding should be granted for the proposed project.
6. Once the application is approved, HAF staff will reach out to the association within a week to provide an update on the
status of the funds.
